Representatives of NERC and the EEOC will address the practical and legal issues associated with their respective administrative charge of discrimination processes, from initial charge intake and mediation to reasonable cause determinations, conciliation and litigation.  In addition, they will provide an update on their current new enforcement priorities and discuss any recent or planned changes in how the two agencies intake, mediate, investigate, and conciliate charges of discrimination.

 

What you can expect to learn:
Gain knowledge about the practical and legal issues associated the administrative charge of discrimination processes utilized by NERC and the EEOC that will enhance representation of clients involved in charge of discrimination cases.
